These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and of any coaching, information or programme we provide (together, the “Services”). By using the Services you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Services.

1. What we do — and what we don't

We provide education, coaching and information about nutrition, metabolic health and the Unicity Feel Great System. We are not doctors and we do not provide medical advice. We do not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and nothing on this site should be taken as medical, financial or legal advice. Always speak to a qualified healthcare professional before changing your diet or supplement routine, and especially before doing so alongside prescription medication.

2. Who can use the Services

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to use the Services.

3. Orders and payments

• Products are sold by Unicity International, not by us. Unicity's own terms, pricing, shipping and refund policies apply to every order, including the 90-day money-back guarantee.
• We are an independent distributor and earn a commission on orders placed through our link.
• Please give accurate information when you order or book, and keep it up to date.
• Payments are handled by Unicity and its payment processors. We never see or store your full card details.

4. Text messaging (A2P)

By giving us your phone number and ticking the relevant box, you consent to SMS messages about your enquiry, bookings and programme, and — where you opt in separately — promotional messages. Message frequency varies and standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Calls may forward to +1 647-282-2920. Consent to marketing is not a condition of any purchase.

5. Acceptable use

Please do not disrupt the Services, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape or republish our content without permission, or use the Services unlawfully. We may suspend access where these Terms are broken.

6. Content and intellectual property

The text, images, video and design on this site belong to us or our licensors. Unicity, Unimate and Balance are trade marks of Unicity International and are used here as a licensed independent distributor. You may view and share this site for personal, non-commercial purposes; anything further needs our written permission.

7. Testimonials and results

Any before-and-after photographs, videos or written testimonials reflect the experience of the individual who gave them and were shared with permission. They are not typical and are not a promise of results. Outcomes vary with individual circumstances, and nothing here should be read as a guarantee of weight loss, health improvement or income.

8. Income statements

Where the Services describe the business opportunity, no particular level of income is promised or implied. Most participants in direct selling earn modest supplemental income and some earn nothing at all. Ask us for Unicity's official income disclosure before you enrol.

9. Third-party services

We rely on third parties for hosting, scheduling, messaging and payments, and we link to Unicity's shop. Their terms govern those services, and we are not responsible for their content or availability.

10. Carrier disclaimer

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier's network.

11. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we exclude all implied warranties and do not guarantee any particular result or outcome.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, including lost profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service that gave rise to it in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

You agree to cover our reasonable losses arising from your misuse of the Services, your breach of these Terms, or your infringement of someone else's rights.

14. Changes

We may change or discontinue any part of the Services, and may update these Terms. Your continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Canadian province in which we operate and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. The courts of that province have jurisdiction, except where consumer protection law in your own country gives you the right to bring a claim locally.
